Hi Nagi, Quite a lot of one's recipes involve eschalots (my father accustomed to improve them in England, we referred to as them French shallots). I cannot get them here and am wondering what can be the most effective substitute, as I’ve managed for getting hold of some frozen monkfish and would want to make this pea puree to go together with it
